Hotel Accommodations:

Seralago Hotel & Suites - This hotel will be the base camp for all our
activities. Our choice of hotel needed to take into account everyone’s
budgetary constraints. Other four and five star hotel options were explored but the committee felt that this hotel meets our needs for value, service and convenience. Below is a picture of the hotel and the rooms along with a link for the hotel.

Transportation:                                                                                                    Given that some individuals will be flying in, we would suggest that we carpool to the activities, so if you are driving and have room to take family members, please advise us so that we make sure that everyone is covered for transportation. If you are going to be flying in, we are going to need your itinerary so that arrangements can be made to pick you up at the airport.

Banquet Excursion/Schedule of Activities
 
Based on the votes of the family, the choice of excursion will be Kennedy Space Center on Thursday and an extended family time at the brunch meal in lieu of the fellowship at Uncle Carley's home on Friday 
 
The cost for the Kennedy Space Center is as follows: $45.58 Age 12 and above; $34.98 Age 3-11; Seniors 55 + $41.08. There is also a guided bus tour on site which will feature the Space Shuttles, then and now. That tour will be an additional $22.26 per person.  The bus tour will be approximately two and a half hours. If you are interested, please let us know ASAP so that we can book our spot on the tour.
 
 
On Saturday, no family events are planned other than the brunch at 11 a.m. and the banquet and 6:30 p.m.

Food/Menu:

The hotel will be providing brunch meals for us on Thursday, Friday and Saturday along with a banquet meal on Saturday night.  The Brunch meals will be served promptly at 11 a.m. sharp while the Saturday night banquet will start promptly at 6:30 p.m.  Since this is a semi-formal event, we ask that everyone dress accordingly. 

Cost:
 
The total cost per person based on an attendance number of 40 adults is $120.  This cost includes 3 brunch meals, 1 banquet meal, 2 dinner meals at Golden Corral on Thursday night and Friday night and 1 Limited Edition 2011 Family Reunion T-shirt.  
 
Members of the 2011 Family Reunion Planning Committee will be on hand to collect the $120 per person upon everyone's arrival to the hotel.  Children between the ages of 4 - 9  years old will pay $60 per person while children 3 years and under will be free.


Photos / Slideshow:

A request was made earlier for pictures for our slide show. Please, we
really need everyone to participate in this project. We the Planning
Committee would like to showcase the blessings of God in our lives. We would appreciate if everyone would respond with the pictures so that we can begin to start working on this for the reunion.


T-Shirts:

T-Shirts will be available for purchase for $15. Wear them PROUDLY!! More information on this will be forthcoming.
